HealthAlert is a digital health platform designed for the RHU of Basey, Samar. We bridge the communication gap between health facilities and residents by replacing paper-based processes with real-time digital coordination.
Project Objectives
Provide residents with real-time visibility of RHU service schedules and health promotions.
Implement a Decision Support System (DSS) for personalized NCD (Hypertension & Diabetes) alerts.
Significance
This system supports the Universal Health Care (UHC) Law by ensuring equitable service delivery. It helps RHU staff organize schedules and log NCD cases while helping residents make timely health decisions.
